Very pricy is the first thought about this. The jar looks really neat, almost like I was scared to actually use it because it feels more like a decor piece. It smells nice as well, I used it under a candle warmer, but it didn't last very long which I was surprised since it is so expensive.

I’ll admit that im a sucker for any kind of lemon or citrus candles and this one is an incredible scent. But for the size and the packaging as far as appearance - I just can’t say that I’d justify this candle at this price. It comes in a lovely box so it’s definitely giftable, but the candle itself is not a stunning thing to look at while it’s sitting out on a table. But smell? YES PLEASE

I love candles in our home, but this is my first experience with C.O. Bigelow candles. My typical candle purchase is from White Barn. This C.O. Bigelow candle smells great- it's a ficus scent that reminds me of a mild men's cologne.The scent lasts a while, and everyone in our home found it to be pleasing. The jar is classy looking as well. I am looking forward to trying other scents from this brand.

i could smell the candle through the shipping packaging when it came. the actual box it came in is very nice and the jar itself is as well. it is a strong candle but not in an overbearing bath and body works way. it’s strong in a going into a spa way the scent is nice and balancing. I will say it is pricey for a candle, that being said its more fragrant (and expensive for the size) than any of the candles i’ve gotten from anthropology and would make a nice gift for someone who likes candles or for decoration in the home. i put it on my kitchen counter and i can smell it without it being lit. so overall i think it’s a very nice candle for gifting or for lighting every now and then as it can be smelled without being lit, but it is pricy for an everyday candle.

This candle comes in a handsome box in a small plastic bag. Inside, the candle is nestled in a cardboard enclosure and top to keep the candle safe from jostling during transport.I ordered the citrus bergamot because I'm fond of those scents, and I was not disappointed here. The candle smells great even when not lit. The fragrance is fairly strong. In fact, I lit it in my office on the second floor of my house, and I was able to occasionally smell it down on the first floor in my living room at the bottom of the stairs. But it's not overpowering. It's firm, yet gentle.The candle itself and even the box it comes in is made with quality materials, and would make a fine gift for someone who likes candles. It also seems like a great candle to have lit during parties or other gatherings for atmosphere.I've burned it so far for about 14 hours in two different sessions, and the candle appears to be between 1/3 and 1/2 burned, so I'm not sure about the 60-hour burntime claim, but it certainly does burn for a long time and is perfect for an all-day event.I like nice candles - both for myself and to give as gifts - and this candle is absolutely suitable for both.
