I tried these cups at a membership gathering. The attendees had glasses of cold water and pop. The cup held up without turning to mush as some sustainable products do when left with liquid for long time. I put the wrapper describing the plant based composition on the table. People commented they thought they were plastic and surprised they were made of material that breaks down in the landfill. Our group is focused on nature and conservation, so I appreciate finding sustainable options that are affordable for our events.

I appreciate having the "ECO SOUL 100% Compostable, Disposable Party Cup" (12oz -50 pack) as they are handy to use at home, for serving visitors or for taking away from home. At home I use them especially for stickier drinks (lemonades, infused waters, flavored drinks etc) and for making small servings of sauces, dressings, seasoned oils/vinegars, syrups or scrambling eggs etc. When going away for the day it's easy for kids to use these cups as their names can easily be written on them so they don't loose track of them. The glasses are clear so any writing stands out. They are sturdy and don't crumble/crush unless you are intentionally trying to. I find it impossible to tell they are plastic-free and compostable by using and looking at them.
