So these capsules are 2 a day with water, which isn't quite a full months worth. I took them as directed daily and didn't have any issues with them but I also didn't have any noticeable results. I like this formula because the ingredients are truly science based. There are some ingredients I never heard of before like Spermidine. Evidently Spermidine has a lot of science backed information online and published studies about its benefits. Spermidine is extracted from various foods; it is not a chemical. This brand promises that all their ingredients are natural and non-GMO. I noticed alot of the ingredients are also organic. I used up my jar of Cymbiotika Anti-Aging and I did notice some smoothing of the under-eye skin. It surprised me actually. The jar only has 21 days' worth and it is quite expensive for only that amount. I wish I could tell you I continued this testing but as I said, it's quite expensive.I did not notice any certifications for example 3rd party lab testing and the cGMP of the manufacturing facility. I find these certifications, especially the lab testing to be tell tale of a trustworthy company and the quality of their ingredients. Overall, I wish I could recommeend this 100% but without more information I can't.

These digest easily and cause no problems for me. I never felt sick after eating them. I noticed good hair and skin after a couple of weeks. That said, I just haven’t reordered due to the price point, but one of these days…
