Effective and smooth

It dissolves in the skin nicely and is soft and smooth. It's great at preventing rash and has been effective for that, especially if I notice she's getting a bit red. It's great for our cloth diapers. Just be aware that if there is a rash present with angry red/irritated skin, it does burn a bit. So does Desitin though...

May be better as a hand cream.

It comes off pretty easy with water and didn't seem to have the same soothing effect as the other creams. I am using mine for over-washed hands right now to make sandpaper fingertips soft again. I am happy using Grovia stick for cloth or Destin for disposable diapers right now.

Safe for cloth diapers

I've tried many a diaper rash creams safe for cloth diapers. This is the best bang for the buck and works just as well as Aquaphor in my opinion. Excpet aquaphor can't be used with cloth diapers.
