Enjoyed lasagna last evening and as is the case, was concerned with the pasta, the cheese, the garlic, the spice. I took 1 digestible during the meal and initially had the "I overate" feeling but it subsided not long after and slept very well. This was first time trying so next time may try 2 to see if it helps with the initial immediate bloat feeling. I would suggest to either take digestible before or after because the flavor is quite intense. Intense as in very fruity. Kind of reminded me of flintstone vitamins without the vitamin C sour. This flavor may or may not compliment your meal. Not ideal with pasta and marinara.
