These tablets are pretty much like super-dosed Tums, but better. With all of the food enzymes included (Bromelain (from pineapple), Papain (from papaya), mix of Licorice Root, Fennel Seed, and Ginger Root powders), they are almost certain to help digestion issues. These tablets taste sweet and fruity, and a little on the tart side. I actually find it very refreshing. So far, I have not had to take more than 1 tablet at a time, so these three bottles are going to last a long time. Overall, I am very happy with them and will probably continue to buy. I would recommend you trying them.

These digestive enzymes are part of my supplement regimen to achieve my goal. My autoimmune disease is flared by gluten and dairy so it is appreciated that thissupplement is free of those items. It is also free of GMOs and soy and all Zahler supplements are Kosher. This supplement is basically a healthier version of Tums. In addition to calcium it includes Papaya and bromelain to aid in digestion. However, it does include one ingredient I am not pleased with. They have used sucralose which is an artificial sweetener. I can't give this product 5 stars as long as it contains an artificial sweetener. These tablets are quite sweet when chewed and have a pleasant flavor. They could stand to be less sweet in my opinion. I would like to see them remove the Sucralose altogether. If a sweetener is necessary, please replace it with a natural sweetener.

My wife and I both like after meal enzymes and thought we'd give these a try. The seller recommends 2 of these chewable tablets after a meal. We both love pizza but we only eat it rarely because it upsets our stomachs. We decided to give it a go recently and after enjoying an amazing pizza pie, we each chewed 2 of these tablets. We both immediately expressed how overwhelmingly sweet these were. It's as though the manufacturer doubled down on the sweetener. We just don't see any need for that and for us, it really detracted from our appreciation of the product. That's unfortunate too, because the enzymes really seemed to help us both. My wife still had a very mild upset stomach, but I had none. The Zahler After Meals Digestive Enzymes really helped. I won't hesitate to recommend this product - provided you can deal with the overly sweet taste.

I ordered these digestive enzymes even though there was no ingredient listing at the time I placed my order. The active ingredients are calcium carbonate, papaya fruit powder, bromelain complex (maltodextrin), papain, deglycyrrhizinated (DGL) licorice, fennel, and ginger. Inactive ingredients are sorbitol, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, sucralose and citric acid. The directions say to take two tablets per meal, for a maximum of 3 servings per day, making this bottle of 100 tablets about a month's supply. The chewable tablets taste good, but I haven't noticed much difference since I started taking them. I'm not really sure how long it usually takes to notice an effect.

I got these chews to help with digestion. The size are like mints and they're easy to take. It has a bit of a crunch, the flavor is ok though it's a bit too sweet. These are great alternatives to taking prescription pills though.
