I bring these face towels with me when travel and go camping. They work perfectly removing any dirt off my face and neck and I am able to rinse it out and reuse it again. These face cloths are a wonderful upgrade from whatever you're currently using to wash your face now. What a well designed thoughtful effective product, just short of an electronic face scrubbing device these cloths really foam up any cleanser you apply to it and the two differently textured sides allow you to deep clean and then wipe smooth your face with one generous soft towelette. It easily removes dirt, grease, oils, makeup and dye from your face and then washes clean for reuse a few times. I also love that they are biodegradable. Great for home use or throw a couple in your toiletry bag when traveling to make sure you're always fresh and clean!

These are decent dry towels for removing makeup and wiping face. These aren't the softest for just wiping the face, they are a bit textured which helps to clean face but at the same time are soft enough to not feel too rough on the face. I've used them on my face and to wipe my body while on a camping trip, and they hold up well instead of tearing apart or crumbling into bits. Overall I like them.

Unlike paper towels, this held up under aggressive wiping needed to remove silicone caulk. It can be torn but takes effort. It has two different sides, including one with raised, soft spots (see photo of a once-washed towel). Note that while these viscose towels are biodegradable, they biodegrade very slowly, taking an estimated 20-200 years to complete. More importantly, the process used to make viscose is chemically intensive with, typically, a high, negative environmental impact. On the positive side, environmentally speaking, these can be washed and reused; a process that makes the towels softer and seemingly more absorbent. Still, this is not a product you should buy if mainly motivated by environmental concerns.

These FOMIN Eco-Clean Towels come as a sealed 4-pack of 25 count boxes with folded 100% viscose disposable “towels” (100 towels total). These are unscented and have no odor. They come with small plasticky peel and stick squares that adhere well to the bathroom mirror and provide a convenient place to hang a towel. The sticky squares last until covered with too many fibers for the towels to stick to them anymore. The stick on squares remove easily and don’t leave a sticky residue.The unfolded “towels” are a good size that’s in between the size of wash cloths and hand towels. The towels have a nice embossed texture and feel soft and comfortable against my sensitive skin. The towels are compact and not very thick, yet they’re really strong and absorbent. None of the towels I’ve used have torn or fallen apart, even when I get them wet from drying my face after washing it and reuse them multiple times throughout the day for various purposes.These towels are a good substitute for wash cloths or hand towels that do breed bacteria and spread germs if reused or shared with others. These are convenient and have a lot of potential uses. I was already using Fomin towels before I was provided these and like to keep some in the car so they’re available for cleanup after exercise and outdoor activities or to deal with spills/messes as needed. I’ve also used these for travel so I always have a towel handy I know is clean. These are great when sick as they minimize spreading germs, and they dispense with the hassle of doing laundry when not feeling well.I use these disposable towels most often in place of a bathroom towel when I’m removing makeup and washing and drying my face (hands too), especially when I wear heavier makeup that makes a mess of my towels. I also like using them to wipe, clean and/or dry my makeup brushes. I usually reuse the same towel all day and multipurpose use it (e.g., wipe down the sink, clean my feet before bed an more) before tossing out. I don’t understand the “eco friendly” claim (such as the plastic bottle thing) enough to assess the environmental impact of using these towels.I’m unclear on the “no chemical” claim as I believe viscose is processed with chemicals. The box says these meet Oeko-Tex standard 100 but believe that’s a standard set for lower acceptable (not zero) levels of chemicals. And I can’t find the Oeko-Tex certificate number to check for compliance. I do assume these dry towels have no chemicals added after they’re made, unlike various wet wipes with solutions with chemicals. But I suggest contacting the company to clarify the “no chemical” claim if that’s a factor. That aside, these disposable towels have a premium feel and are super useful and convenient. 5 stars.
