Drinklits are easy to use, I just drop one into a 16 ounce bottle of water and drink from it when the tablet is dissolved. I have only used the orange flavored tablets because I question the use of Maltodextrin in the ginger lime version. I don't like to consume artificial substances and wonder just what purpose it serves, here. The orange electrolyte Drinklits don't contain Maltodextrin so why is it in the ginger line?

These electrolyte tablets have a very strong flavor. If you include ginger, it's usually going to. Ginger has a very distinct strong flavor. But if you like ginger, then it's okay and probably won't bother you. But if ginger isn't sure your favorite flavor...you probably won't like. The tablets dissolve fairly well. I personally use less water than what they call for; because I want to gulp it down as fast as possible. The flavor wouldn't be too strong if the ginger wasn't in it. I happen to like ginger myself; just not that strong. But again... Ginger usually has a strong flavor to it.
