These fizzy tablet are super convenient to carry around and dispense into your water bottle.Both flavors taste fine and is pleasant as any electrolyte drink can get.The fizzy dissolving tablets are fun to watch for kids and promote them drinking it.That said, the price per tablet is quite high and I don't know if I would pay for the convenience over just a powder packet.

The strawberry is admittedly a little light on the flavor.I love that these travel easy in the tubes.Lastly, the value for these is pretty good. I use these tablets to help me drink enough water in warm weather or during workouts. The tablets are easy to use and can be broken in half to drop into a bottle of water. I prefer a whole tablet in 8 to 12 ounces of water so that there's a stronger flavor. The flavor is mild and may taste too watered down in 16 ounces.Both flavors use two or three artificial sweeteners, but neither are overly sweet. I like that the strawberry includes additional vitamins, an herbal blend and some amino acids. The packaging makes carrying the tablets convenient and protects them from getting crushed or spilling out.
