These fizzy tablet are super convenient to carry around and dispense into your water bottle.Both flavors taste fine and is pleasant as any electrolyte drink can get.The fizzy dissolving tablets are fun to watch for kids and promote them drinking it.That said, the price per tablet is quite high and I don't know if I would pay for the convenience over just a powder packet.

I use these tablets to help me drink enough water in warm weather or during workouts. The tablets are easy to use and can be broken in half to drop into a bottle of water. I prefer a whole tablet in 8 to 12 ounces of water so that there's a stronger flavor.
