The purpose I drink it because it boosts your immunity and tastes great. It makes drinking water and fluids more fun. I use them daily. This is a cool, non sugared up way to get your immunity boost and electrolytes in or boosted too and just drink a delicious tasting drink! I basically only drink water, no pop, sports drinks, anything like that, anymore so finding a good drink additive that isn't more bad for you than it is good tasting let alone good for you, is rare. These are so good!

I liked all of the flavors enough to be able to drink regularly. They are easy to use, the tablets dissolve easily in water. I like the nutrients included in these although I really can't tell if they make a difference in my health. My only complaint would be the price, although they are probably comparable to sports drinks on the market.

Note: I normally drink “water only” on a daily basis and I’m not normally a fan of flavored water, as I almost always find it’s too diluted in taste for me. I’m not the guy to come to if you want a comparison to other popular water-style beverages. That being said…To me, these taste better with 16 oz of water than almost all of the ones I’ve tried (again, fewer than most people) and with 12 oz of H20 several of these don’t taste like “flavored water” at all. The Strawberry was the only one I was a bit “iffy” about, but this is from someone who has vivid childhood memories of a “too much strawberry soda and sunflower seeds” incident that left me with a lifetime of avoiding anything that only simulates actual strawberries. I really liked the rest of the flavors which all basically had a _very_ slight medicinal taste but were otherwise quite flavorful and tart. You won’t confuse any of these with a sugary drink.I had concerns that the sweeteners might have some…ummm…adverse effects but that was never a problem ( I should note that I only tried/had one per day). I was mixing these into a glass of refrigerated, filtered water.I can’t say that I’m the target audience for a product such as this, but I appreciate the Green “packaging and bottling” savings that these allow over many bottles of flavored water. And these are easy to travel with, even if those times do necessitate mixing these into a purchased bottle of water occasionally.

I have tried two of the flavors so far. The strawberry was good, but a little weak tasting. I used too much water. There is almost a fizz when you drink it which is nice for me. I like a little fizz but most sodas have too much for me to be able to drink much at a time. These are great for travel because they come in a small tube that fits in your purse or pocket. The lids are designed to keep the tablets in place before you open them, with a spring that pushes down on the stack. I used a standard drinking bottle and broke one tablet in half to get it to fit through the hole. The other flavor tried was a citrus flavor and it was tart but good. I love that there's no sugar in these so I can give them to my diabetic mother without worry and she enjoys a tasty beverage once a day.
