I tried the lemon-lime and the orange flavors from this brand and thought to try the strawberry flavor combo, seeing that the ingredients differ significantly from the others.Tastewise, the strawberry flavor lacks the acidic balance and it’s a bit sweet and bland, especially compared to the orange, which I preferred over the others. However, it includes vitamins, minerals, herbal blends, and amino acids fortification that you should not ignore, especially to balance with other supplements you’re already taking, especially the 3mg manganese that some may avoid.While other flavors are made with sorbitol and stevia, the strawberry flavor is sweetened with sorbitol, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium, which I tend to avoid as the sugar substitutes that tend to irritate my gut and make me feel bloated. Unaffected people will probably appreciate the 0g sugar.This is a decent electrolyte product, but the per-tablet cost of $1.40 is excessive, while other brands offer similar electrolyte compositions with more natural sweeteners that I prefer at a much lower cost per tablet. I’ve been taking another brand of electrolyte tablets for many years and have recommended it to others. I love the convenience of these dissolvable tablets that I can add to the purified filtered water of my choice.

These are great or meh depending on what you intend to use them for. The portability and easy use makes these awesome for camping or backpacking or anything were compact gear is a must. You can make a mineral drink anywhere you have water and a filter. I used these when we went trout fishing on a stream. I used a life straw and filter a water bottle full of cool stream water. Break one of these in half along the scored easy break line and the fit through the lid. If you put the lid back on and shake while it dissolves the CO2 is absorbed into the water and stays fizzy for a while like a soda. Great Product for this!If you buy these to put in a cold glass of water to have a mineral drink at home, then these are just ok. There are still tiny chalky grains left after dissolving that taste gritty. The flavor is not very strong and tastes of artificial sweetener. Most sports drinks taste much better off the shelf.I found a fun 3rd use for these. Break them into 8 to 10 pieces and let them dissolve in your mouth one at a time. They are very flavorful this way and the fizzling and foam feel fun. Then you get the minerals out of a sports drink in a fun to eat fizzy treat.

I like that this is in compact and durable packaging. The tablets are effervescent (kind of like Alka Seltzer), and I wish I had realized before I shook it all up, as I enjoyed that effect. However, if that is not appealing to you, you may not like these. I thought the flavor was decent; it wasn't the best I've ever tried, but not the worst either. My teenage son thinks it tastes like chemicals; however, he's not a fan of these drinks anyway. I think the satisfaction of this lies more in individual preference than any issues with the product itself, so it's up to you to decide if you'd like an effervescent tablet to drop in your water; expect a flavor that's not as strong as some others but unique.

To each their own but I had almost every member of my family try it and they all agree it tastes bad. Thought this was going to make it seltzer-like but there are no bubbles. Don’t mind that, but the taste of both flavors wasn’t up to par. These ingredients you can find in other hydration immunity tablets and most tastes better

I was IMPRESSED by not just the ingredients and the flavor but I definitely felt that I had more energy afterward. I experienced no jitters or any kind of negative reaction as one would have with caffeine.They go "fizz" but they take a few (long) minutes to dissolve. You should make sure you have something in the way of a spoon or straw to encourage the dissolving. Do *NOT* use in a container that's tightly sealed. When the carbonation is released it will create the risk of breaking your cup or spilling out.I liked the packaging and I appreciated that every pill was scored to make it easy for one to spread it out over a couple of drinks. I still think it's pretty expensive but I could see using one now and then!So, give them a try!
