Great, unique flavor

I really love ginger/lime drinks so was excited to see this flavor. Most electrolyte drinks like this are fruit flavored. I do wish the ginger was a little stronger but overall I really like the flavor, its unique. These are tablets that dissolve instead of power. I put 2 into my 32 ounce water and its the perfect balance. I believe it recommends 1 per 16 ounce so 2 is the recommended amount and what I find to be the perfect amount. Good quality so even though its a little more expensive than the other ones I usually use, its worth the little extra for the unique flavor and amount of electrolyte's per serving etc.

Heavy-sweating runner approved

My hubby is a distance runner as well as a heavy sweater. He’s a frequent user of Nuun tablets, as well as Gatorade and other electrolyte products. This is one of his new favorites. He said the flavor is one of the best he’s tasted, and he definitely felt hydrated after popping them into his water. I should disclose that he popped three tablets into a 30-ounce tumbler, which is NOT what’s recommended (should be 1 per 16 ounces). Perhaps that’s why he had such great results, but he tends to sweat more than the average human so I’m sure it didn’t hurt anything. At $12 for 10 tablets, this is on the pricier end, but the taste and effectiveness makes it worth the splurge.

Now as to the product function: its a more healthy alternative to most sugar laden hydration drinks, dissolves easily, and gives you a boost of nutrients to make it through the day.
