Good flavor. Dissolves completely in water. Really good way to help you drink more water and even make the water better for you at the same time.

These are super easy to use -- just dissolve in 12 oz of water.My stepson loves the taste. I love that it is sugar free, easily portable, and cost effective (Esepcially when comparing it to bottled sports drinks).Easy to throw into a sports bag for the gym or games or keep at home.

This hydration tablets certainly have mixed reviews in my house. As far as the cost of these hydration tablets go they are better than many of the other hydration options available. The hydration mixes we most commonly use are about $1.60 per drink but these come in at $1.29 per drink. I also really like that these are easy to toss into a back pack or pocket to take on the go. Trying to carry ten of the pouch type drink additives in your pocket can be a bit of a pain. These tablets are not without fault though. To me these take very long and more much effort to get them to dissolve than other hydration products. At first I thought it was because of the tablet format. I tried breaking them into quarters to see if it would help and it did not make much difference. Even after smashing these into many small pieces they still take a long time to dissolve. If you just drop them in and leave them alone on a table it would probably take hours if not days for them to dissolve completely . My suggestion if you are going to use these in back packing scenario break the tablets into small pieces and put them in the bottle. Put the bottle in the back pack and let them bounce around on a pack until you need the hydration. Dozens of miles bouncing down a trail may be enough to dissolve these tablets. The flavor of these hydration tablets is the sticking point in my house. I think they taste similar to lemon sweet tarts. My wife says they taste like lemon flavored Alka-Seltzer. When I let my kids try it they immediately spit it out. Aside from the flavor these are great and I will probably try these again in a different flavor.
