I got these for my husband to use when he works out. He liked the flavor and said it had a nice citrus tang and he didn't notice any after taste. He did add more water than required, but he prefers his drinks to be watered down. These come in small tubes so it is great to take on hikes or biking trips, to help replenish his electrolytes. They dissolve easily in water, so great to have along with his water bottle.

Easy & yummy. I like the small tube container these tablets come in. I just throw a tube in in my backpack. Plop one in some water & you got a nice refreshing fizzy drink. But it tastes like sorbitol if you're not careful. If I dilute it enough, it comes out tasty.I use about 20-30 ounces of water per tablet, otherwise I just taste sorbitol. You'll figure it out. Good stuff.
Overall I like the taste of this sports drink tablet. It is not too sweet, and it has the necessary electrolytes that are often lost during exercise. I stopped drinking the big name sports drinks because of their artificial ingredients and colorings. I prefer not to put those in my body, so was nice to find this option to make my own.Each tube has 10 tablets, and they dissolve easily in 16 oz of water. The tubes are plastic and unfortunately not listed with a recycling number. It'd be nice if they were paper instead. The seal on the tube breaks free so now I have to deal with a plastic ring that's not easy to break (don't leave plastic rings in the environment!) It is better than single use plastic bottles, but not ideal...
