Palladio Precision Roller Liquid Eyeliner - Sharp Lines, Quick Drying, Matte Black - 0.12oz

This is a liquid eyeliner. The applicator is interesting with the roller. I have really small, really hooded eyes, so I like to tightline so that my liner doesn’t take up the tiny lid space that actually shows with my eyes open. I was excited to try this roller liner because I felt it would be really easy if it worked right, but was worried the ball would be too big and I’d end up with a thicker line than I like. But, the ball is really small! Like so small you almost don’t even notice it! It rolls along the lash line easily, no skipping at all. It gives a nice, thin, opaque line. The liner isn’t too thin or runny. You’re able to get the precise line you want, and it sets quick enough. But, I will say it’s not water resistant. If you sweat, eyes water, etc. it will smudge or come off. So, that’s unfortunate. Because of that, it doesn’t stay as dark and opaque throughout the day as it is when I first apply it. But, it fades nicely. It’s not even noticeable that it’s fading unless I’m looking really carefully. This said that it has a matte finish, but I found it to be slightly shiny once it set. But, I don’t mind a little shiny.Overall, I think this is a great black liquid liner. It is pigmented and opaque. It works well. The roller is easy to use and gives me the precision I want. When it sets, it isn’t too matte or too shiny, it’s a nice middle ground. The only downside is that it isn’t water resistant. Other than that I have no complaints. I will say I’m a little worried how well the roller will hold up over time. I’m worried the liner will get thicker over time and cause the roller to not work as well. But, only time will tell how it works over time. Right now, I love it and definitely recommend!

I love palladio’s lip gloss. It’s all I’ll use, and I buy it in bulk orders. This product I’m sort of on the fence about.I’ve been using liquid liners on my lids for over 30 years. Some stay on a bit too well, and are very difficult to get off, which I do not love that, BUT I want it to last the whole day through, some have the opposite dilemma.I’m used to brushes, not roll on types of liner, so it was a bit of an adjustment for me. I think I make better lines with the little brush style liners, but perhaps it’s like everything else… practice makes perfect! I do like the color and find the applicator to be unique.Anyway, I’ll give the applicator that benefit of the doubt. I could end up growing to love it, who knows? My problem is this- I like longevity and waterproof liners. At least water resistant, which this doesn’t seem to be. Over a 12 hour period, it was less than 1/2 as dark as it was that morning. My other stays on until I remove it.Also, it does not handle water at all. On the one hand, that makes it much easier to remove, and I do like that. I hate tugging on that delicate skin, but it’s not so great if you can splashed by water or pass by a sprinkler. If you put it on your lower lash line as well, tears of any sort will make this product run.Do I think I could learn to love the applicator? Yes. Do I find it to be a quality liner. Yes, In some ways, at least right off the bat, but if you are relying on it to stay the distance for many, many hours, it might disappoint you… but again, removal is super easy and I do like that, so I’m somewhat torn here, so I’ll go with the middle of the road rating of 3 stars. It has both its pros and cons, so I’ll be fair with this.I hope my review has been helpful :).

I have mature skin. This makes it a challenge finding cosmetics that play nice with my skin texture. Eyeliner has been particularly challenging. I've got a lot of texture to my lids, so it's been really difficult getting a nice clean line. This liquid liner has a little roller bit on the end, so you do have to hold it just right so that you roll the liner on. I was really pleased with this liner. It made a distinct line that was nice and black. The picture shows one go over with the wand. Even with the added texture in my mature lids, I was delighted with how good the line turned out.It lasted throughout an afternoon of running errands, in and out of the heat and humidity. It removed easily with makeup remover. I'm very pleased with this liquid liner and it's unique applicator. It's a keeper.

This eyeliner comes with a very unique applicator which is a flat round shape that I have never tried similar eyeliner like this one before but after using it couple times, I should say, this unique applicator makes drawing eyeliner process easier than ever so this can be a great option for people who have trouble drawing eyeliner. The eyeliner is in shade black and it's super pigmented so you don't even need to overline it to have more pigment. The quality is really nice and it stays all day long without any problem.
