Doesn't show well on brown hair

I tried this on my virgin medium brown hair. I used the entire bottle and I left it on for 30 minutes (the directions say to put on for 20-30 minutes, depending on how intense you want it). You can barely tell any difference, my friends said it looks exactly the same and they couldn't even notice a difference in the sunlight. I thought it would show up better since the product picture shows brown hair turning red, but maybe this is just best for natural gingers.

It's a healthier way to dye your hair

It was a bit messy when I applied it, but I purchased a shower cap, so I'm hoping this will help to keep it from dripping down my neck. Your hair needs to stay wet when you apply it, so you can either chill in the bath for however long or you can do what I did: apply it in the shower, get out, and relax on your bed with calming music. It's easier than most box dyes you find at Walmart or CVS. it's also a nice color but doesn't smell like anything. Doesn't last as long, less than a month (I wash my hair every other or every other 2 days). But I don't want to keep lifting my color every dye every month. So this is a better alternative. Would recommend. It's not for a beginner though, that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
