I’ve only had these products for a week and wanted to write a review about the ease of taking and using both products. The supplements are not big, have no real smell, and are easy to take. For the supplement, you take two capsules a day. It's high in methylated B12 and copper, both of which I'm deficient in and maybe contributing to my early Gray. So I'm hoping that it helps. I haven't had any adverse effects so far. This serum is nice, it doesn't leave my hair crunchy or greasy.
