I like it. Mostly. Biggest gripe is that it is slightly too tart for me. Although, that is better than too sweet. Works well to take on a bike ride. Fill up the water bottle and drop in a tablet. My one hint would be to break up the tablet first before you put it in the water so that it completely dissolves.

My kids are obsessed with the Ginger-Lime which also happens to be my favorite flavor. I love the organic ginger ingredient. 10/10 love em.

The lemon had an artificial taste to me. The Ginger Lime was more refreshing.

This is an electrolyte supplement I like to add to my 16 oz glass of water. The tabs can also be broken and dropped into a 16 oz bottle. The ginger-lime is a good combination and I love the taste. The lemon flavor is ok in taste for me. These tablets create a bit of fizziness in the glass instead of still water so if they are dropped into a bottle with a cap mind the possible “gas” buildup. Electrolytes include magnesium, sodium bicarbonate and chloride, as well as vitamin C and a combo of B vitamins. I received these tabs in April of 2024 and their expiration date is listed as December 2025.
