I really like this hydration-tablet drink! The flavors aren't overwhelming, yet still have a nice flavor to them. I personally like the strawberry - a little sweeter and just as effective.I have used a bunch of hydration-enhancing supplements, and they all have their pros and cons. Most of them are very sour(?) tasting, and cannot be enjoyed. This one is tasty and has a nice bubble. so if you chose to, you could slowly drink it.This also comes with a bunch of vitamins that are proved to support immune system health. A lot of other similar products are purely for hydration.There is minimal amount of added stuff to it, making it clean and low calorie.My only problem is that you have to let it dissolve fully, in enough (16 ounces of water), or else you will end up getting a little piece of the tablet at the end. Not the worst thing in the world, and you quickly learn you need to let it sit for a little to fully dissolve.I love how it makes me ready to play basketball for a couple hours where I am sweating and running. I love these Drinklits, and would highly recommend them to anyone performing high-intensity activity!

If you're looking for a solid, affordable electrolyte drink, you don't need to look further. Although the list price may seem high for these, at $45 for 6 tubes, consider this; you are paying $45 for 60 tablets, which works out to $0.75 per serving/tablet. Compare this to a typcial sports electrolyte drink like a Gatorade. You might pay a couple or few bucks per drink, so these are an affordable way to get electrolytes. Also, I like that they have no added sugar. Now, they are sweetened with Stevia - this doesn't bother me, but it might bother others. Now, onto why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5.I really like the Ginger-Lime flavor. This is a flavor that I don't think I will get sick of, as it is really well balanced and just tastes good. It doesn't taste too synthetic. Now, the strawberry flavor on the other hand, I'm not as big of a fan of. To me, it tastes too synthetically sweet, and I just don't want to drink that one as much. However, overall, given that these have good electrolytes (230mg Sodium and 100mg Potassium per serving), I think that these are great for a daily electrolyte drink or to supplement a workout to restore hydration. These expire 12/25, which gives them a 17 month lifespan since I received them. Also, it may be important to note that the expiration dates did not print consistently on the containers - one was missing it, and others had it cut off. This should be fixed. Overall, 4/5 stars.
