Dirty labs liquid laundry detergent

I love the detergent. It smells great, cleans beautifully and takes out all odors. I gave it only 4 stars as my daughter breaks out in a rash every time I wash her clothes with it.

Smells fresh and the laundry is clean!

I just learned that laundry pods (which I love, so satisfying to toss it in the wash!) are made out of plastic. Yuck. Naively, I had thought they were made completely out of soap. Incredible how wrong we can be these days. I don't want to poison my kids, your kids, your dog, my cat etc. with micro plastics, so I switched to these. They smell wonderful, come in an aluminum can for lots of recyclability, and get my laundry nice and clean. 5 Stars! Highly recommend.

Great smell, quality and SO concentrated!

Best detergent ever. I think I got 120ish loads in my mobile washing machine with this stuff - maybe more. Amazing smells.

Love the detergent, do not care for Murasaki scent

We've enjoyed using this detergent. I got a bottle each of Signature and Murasaki scents to try. I thought I'd love the Murasaki as I like matcha, but this is a really unique scent that I just don't care for. It comes off as "old lady" and musty to me. I do like the Signature, it smells fresher and slightly masculine but not overly so. The Signature doesn't seem to linger after the laundry goes through the tumble dryer, but the Muraski definitely hangs on, unfortunately. I'm using it up on towels for now. Going forward I'll just get the unscented and if I want a fragrance I'll use an oil on dryer balls. It does seem to get typical kid stains (dirt and grass on knees of pants, popsicle juice, etc) out without issue. I don't notice much in terms of improved brightness or softness. I do enjoy the bottle size and the silicone cap you can just toss in the washer and be done with it.We were using Tide pods, but wanted something without the "films." Tried some of the waterless detergent sheets but those didn't seem to get stains out and didn't always break up in our front loading washer. Found the Wirecutter article about them that recommended this over any of the sheets. They seem to be correct in that comparison, though I would say the Tide Free and Clear we were using was ultimately better. We will still make the compromise to be more sustainable and keep using the Dirty Labs :)
