I bought this product to use it for releasing the retaining fluids in my body And colouring my gray hair by adding it to my henna. It worked for both purposes. Shipping took 10 days . I think this product will be easier to use if it sifted more. It doesn't taste or smell good , I had to add flavor to it. Overall it was as described and did what should be done.

I can't believe a couple of the negative reviews; "it tastes bad" really? It's a root and you're surprised it tastes like dirt? (Which it does) get over it, if you're taking it for taste your mislead. "It doesn't mix well", ha! it's a ground up solid but you expect it to suspend perfectly in water? Get a clue. Keep stirring and it works fine.Now that I'm done with my common sense rant, the product seems fresh and is easy to drink in water. Im not noticing any discernable health benefits however. Maybe it's just me. Looks like it is doing good things for others so I say give it a try.

I really like this stuff, tons of uses, including making things red. it has a spiced scent, light flavor. I used it on a cut, used as a beverage.. stains stuff though so use carefully and do your research// don't rely on reviews for your info.

I have been battling a lymph node condition for a year now. I opted out of having a lymph node removed and I have been on a cleanse to try and get it going. I just added this to my tea and can't believe the difference in only a couple of days. I will update if anything changes, but the swelling under my arm can't go down that fast. I don't think this is a coincidence. This stuff is amazing. I used a tsp in a 48oz french press along with some other herbs. I read that this taste bitter but it doesn't. It's bland, with not much of a taste. I had no problem dissolving it in my tea.
