Great price/value and works well

I’m on my second bottle, so I thought I’d leave a review. These work so, so well! I’ve used various melatonin brands and find that this Natrol product at this mg gives me the best sleep quality. I don’t use them every day, and when I do I’ll break them in half or even into 3rds and still get really good, restful sleep. This means that the bottle lasts me extra long.Other brands/mg I’ve tried gave me the most overly vivid dreams, which would interrupt my sleep. I’ve always been prone to dreaming really vividly, with long real-seeming dreams (the kind that I still remember to this day, even though I dreamt it when I was 8), but as I got into my 30s and 40s, they gradually stopped being that way. Melatonin brings those dreams back with a vengeance. I guess I was producing a lot naturally as a kid through my 20s, but that tapered off as I got older. I didn’t mind that, since they’re really intense, but I also wasn’t sleeping as much (and had issues falling asleep), which is why I started experimenting with melatonin.This particular Natrol/mg combo sometimes gives me the type of dream that I wake up in the morning wondering wth, but not the type that would wake me up in the middle of the night because I felt like I was there and crazy stuff was happening, like some other brands do. I feel rested in the morning, and I fall asleep very quickly at night when I take it, even if I break it into pieces. I don’t feel overly groggy throughout the day, either, as long as I make sure to take it in enough time to get 6-8 hours of sleep.
