Update 2024: I still have the cup and after some time it became more comfortable. I guess it just depends on how the cycle will go. In the end I referred people to this cup and company. Which is why I am leaving another update. Once again, give it a try. They are afriendly and helpful business.Update: I reached out to them after the original post and they were great. They helped me get a replacement, twice. I am not sure if this cup is for me but I still use the cup (when it's not extremely uncomfortable). I think if the loop was longer and more like a tail and softer so it wouldn't be a bother that would be great for removals. Everyone is different. So I'd say give and them a try.-----------I used this cup this morning and noticed that it didn't exactly fit. It seemed too long because I had the bottom part of the cup still out. I drove to work trying to make sure I'm making the right determination a d it was a bit painful and uncomfortable. I could feel it. I only work 15 mins away (give or take dealing on traffic). Once I got to work I removed it and thankfully had napkins and a tampon. I have used a cup before, Honey Pot size 2, and loved it. I needed to replace it and also decided that I wanted a cup with a hook and less priced but good quality. I am trying to contact Peach but having a hard time finding that button.

I am a newbie to the cup and spent a long time reading through all reviews possible before deciding on which brand cup to go with. I wanted a loop at the end to pull instead of a point and since the reviews all talked about how great the customer service was, I went with the peachlife cup. My first one was the medium size and soft firmness. Almost all reviews stated that there is a learning curve, so I held on to that thought when trying it for the first time. It’s true. It’s awkward and a bit annoying but I was determined to continue trying the cup for at least 6 periods before making a decision if I’d continue using them or going back to tampons. I leaked slightly throughout first period and tried all the suggestions in reviews like creating that vacuum suction and making sure it was fully open. When it kept leaking I went to peachlife website for tips. Their chart says that if you have a heavy period, you may want to try a firmer option. So I ordered the large size medium firmness option. This was a little bit more awkward to put in but once inside I didn’t feel it so it was fine. This cup seemed to work better in that it was larger and could hold more but sure enough, I was still leaking. I finally reached out to peachlife’s customer service to explain what was happening and what I had tried so far and received a response almost immediately. They suggested that I could be pushing the cup too far up to where it was sitting to the side of my cervix instead of underneath it, hence the leaking. Sure enough, once I pulled it somewhat down, but still up far enough to where I didn’t feel it, I had no more leaking. The customer service rep also suggested I try the extra firm option medium size cup. So they are having this option shipped to me at no cost just so I can try this one out as well. Based on the customer service alone, i will stick with peachlife moving forward. I’m still figuring this process out but I’m really liking that I don’t have to worry about changing it during the day and only have to worry about it once in the morning and once at night. I also really like that I don’t have to worry about buying more tampons! Never realized how much money I’ve spent on them my whole life. I will be gettin my cups from peachlife from here on out.

this is not my first cup, but so far it is my favorite cup. Once you figure out how to use one, you pretty much know how to use them all, and this one is no different in that respect. I prefer cups like this one that have a ring on them, because I feel less fearful that it will migrate its way to a place that I cannot reach. I know that is all a mental thing, but we all do what we need to do to feel comfortable. I recommend them to anyone considering using one, and I hope that anyone who wants to try it out takes the leap and gives it a shot. I had not realized how stressful it was to keep up with how many tampons were in my bathroom every month, how stressful it had become to make sure I always had one just in case, or being worried that I was going to leak through (which happened almost once every period because of the sometimes less than free access to restroom breaks while at work.) Once you can use a cup, and do use a cup, if you have the right size for your body and it is properly inserted and use it for the proper periods of time, you are not going to leak. I do suggest that you time your cup use so that you don't ever have to remove it outside of your own bathroom at home, but that is a personal preference based on the , well, mess that can occur if you accidentally drop the dumb thing after you take it out.
