My life changed the day I switched from tampons to menstrual cups, and I will never go back. I’ve been using a Diva Cup for the past 10 years, and was pleasantly surprised with how this cup stacked up to it.First off, I was happy with the value of this set. For all the accessories they provide, and two cups, it’s a great value.The cup is just as comfortable, and I don’t even feel it. Removing it is a little easier than my diva cup because I’m able to get a little better grip on the stem due the little ball at the end. I do have concerns on it snapping off over time, however.The cups are a little more flexible and thinner than the diva cup, but have inserted the same.While there are two cups in this set, I only use the smaller one. I was under the impression that the larger sizes are really only for if you have birthed a child. On my heaviest flow days, I can still leave the smaller cup in for 12 hours, and it doesn’t even come close to overflowing.Menstrual cups have saved me so much money, cramps/pain, and stress over the years. These are good cups, and a GREAT starter kit for anyone looking to make the switch. I would recommend it to any woman.

This little box contains it all. Not one but two cups in case you have a long or short yoni. I can personally use both comfortably. A lil bag to keep it in and... wait for it... a sponge. I’ve never received a sponge to clean my moon cycle cup before. Sooooo, was I truly cleaning it??? This is a great buy.
