Isn't very great for beginners 😕

I have been wanting to switch from tampons to cups for financial reasons, but the cups ended up being kinda hard to use for a beginner teenager 😔. I did message the support team and asked for another size smaller then the small but never got it. Great customer service though!

I am rating this company 5 stars. I ordered the bundle cup set. The cup did not work out for me and the steamer seems to work intermittently.I contacted the company and the next day, a customer care representative reached out.The representative recommended trying trying the disks. I wasn’t sure if it would work out and asked for a refund. Pixie issued a full refund and let me know they would still like to send me the soft cup bundle set.Based on their donations and the care I received, I believe this company truly cares about women’s health care and comfort.

*update from previous review* I received the replacement the following morning and all went well. I’ve used the product and don’t have any complaints. It was a bit stiff, but it didn’t bother me at all. It’s nice to have the two sizes and the cleaning kit for convenience. Also, I will definitely be ordering their cleaning wipes because they’re great for when you’re not home! Customer service also reached out and they were wonderful! I’ll post the photo of the new sealed box so you see the difference from when I got an opened one.*old review* Can’t rate this yet because I received a previously opened package. The seal came broken, as you can see from the photo, and it was missing items inside. Already asked for a replacement, but it’s inconvenient that I need to do so at all.

It is wonderful! a salvation for the cleaning of my cup

Before I had used other cups with a flimsier shape that always leaked, plus taking them to clean every month to the microwave in the kitchen was uncomfortable, now I have the sterilizer in my bathroom and I can have more privacy, I love it completely, the shape and size of the cup is perfect reminds me of the lena cup but the grip is much easier and comfortable, if you have tried the lena cup before and thought it was good this is a nice change for the better!
