Calming

I do not take these daily. I find that one when I need it is enough to relax me.They are tasty and work within a half hour. I take before bed time if needed as they can make me a bit drowsy. The magnesium helps sleep, too.I think anyone prone to stress or even restless nights should give these a try.

Works! Both at night and during the day.

I've used the Healthycell Calm Mood supplement both at night before bed and during the day when I have a lot of stress at work. Both times I started noticing that I felt calmer and more relaxed within 30 minutes or so. I don't feel overly tired, just more at peace. At night I had a very restful nights sleep and didn't wake or have active dreams. The first time I tasted it, it was a little off putting but I've gotten used to it and it's actually not bad. Kind of a sweet, citrusy medicinal taste, like a lemon baby aspirin. It's easy to take since it's a gel form so those that have problems swallowing pills will have no issue with this, but if you have texture/consistency issues with something you might. The regular price of this is a bit high ($2 each packet), even though it works well. I'd get again if it goes on sale with a decent percentage off.It is made in the USA, non-GMO, Gluten/Soy free. For those confused by the box and the various tear/cut outs, its simply to make the lid stand up so it's always open - you can see that in one of the pictures in the listing. You don't have to use it that way if you don't want to.

Mood boost for those stressful days at work

I got this product for my husband, since his job is stressing him out. He likes it. The packets are easy for him to grab in the morning and either consume right then or toss in his car for later in the day. The flavor is kinda artificial, but it's not terrible - just a fruity sort of artificial flavor. My husband wasn't a fan initially due to the flavor, but after experiencing the benefits, he's hooked. He likes the calm boost these packets provide - super helpful for those stressful afternoons at work! I like the fact that it's a much healthier way than sugar or alcohol to calm down or get that mood boost. And, I appreciate that there's folate instead of folic acid. Overall, great product!
