The flavor is refreshing, but I wish I didn't have to use so many drops to get it to the intensity I prefer.The biggest downside is the cap's design. Filling it with water is awkward because of the curved shape, and it ends up splashing everywhere. It's frustrating when I'm trying to be quick about it. That said, the product itself works well, so it's a minor inconvenience.This is a solid option if you're looking for a long-lasting, alcohol-free mouthwash that's great for travel.

I’d gotten tired of trying to pack enough mouthwash for a multi week trip or needing to visit a store after arrival to pick up mouthwash for an extended trip, so decided to try this. It mixed up easily in a used 250 ml bottle. By my rough measure, 6 caps full measure approximately 100 ml, so my 250 ml bottle represented 15 caps full. I decided to start at 3 drops of concentrate per cap full strength assuming I could add more drops if I found the strength insufficient. I found my first try at 45 drops per 250 ml water worked out at about a perfect strength for me. I was not fascinated by the flavor (I found it a bit medicinal), but it did leave my mouth and breath fresh and provided a pleasant, lingering mintiness. While I don’t expect this to replace my “at home” mouthwash, I’m pleased to be able to plan a 6-8 week get away without needing to pack a barrel of mouthwash. The results are quite acceptable.
