I'm actually a fan of these being not as delicious as your average gummy vitamin because I'm less inclined to eat them like candy. They don't taste bad by any means, but the do have a dull flavor and are much chewier than soft gummies. The vitamin profile is pretty good and seems to check all the boxes on what you need daily.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

I can't say that I feel better or worse for having taken the vitamin, but the process they use to make the gummy, I understand it is supposed to be better for retaining the nutrients but it makes it hard enough to chew, and then get stuck in the teeth, that it discourages rather than encourages me from taking it.

These Wellthy Multi-Vitamin Gummies have a pleasant raspberry flavor, and are not overly sweet. I thought it was interesting that the gummies were a little “tougher” in regard to chewing than I had expected. I take numerous different gummies, and these were harder to chew than any others that I have used. So I looked at the package and it says “BBD: 06/23”. BBD stands for “Best before date”. I received these in November 2023, but the 'Best Before Date' is June 2023. I realize that a 'Best Before Date' is not the same as a 'Use-by' date; but if the texture of the product has been effected then I also worry that perhaps the effectiveness of the vitamins has also been compromised .
