What I love about this brand is that they use the actual part of the mushroom (fruiting bodies), which is the part that contains all of the health benefits (from Beta Glucans). This is hands down the easiest and most delicious way to consume mushroom extracts, which are incredible for immune support. I have not been sick in a VERY long time. I also appreciate the fact that they use a pouch and not a plastic bottle.
