My husband bought this because there’s a specific strain in this product that's supposed to help with oral health.We wanted to love it, but I made my husband’s second half of his digestive system upset, and it made me absolutely nauseated. This is some potent stuff!

The first few days I didn't notice too much of a difference but boy oh boy did I notice it on the 3rd day on. I had cramps pretty hard and very loose stools. I think it is because of how potent it is. I am no longer bloated and just a little gassy. I have heard others say that it takes some time for the side effects to diminish - I think it's a good product and am looking forward to less side effects.
