I get these like zits or something that turn into scabs from using dry shampoo like all the time or accidentally burning a spot on my scalp. I also have a tendency to pick at scabs so it can be a vicious cycle that leads to embarrassing big flakes of dandruff or even worse, real scabs that have blood and are thicker. This stuff is like magic. I have accidentally burnt my scalp right at the hairline of my forehead with a curling iron and it obviously eventually turned into a thin scab that I picked at and made worse and worse. I put this on and the next day it was gone, perfectly healed up like nothing was ever there! You can even apply it in the morning to smaller spots and it won’t be too noticeable. There’s no smell or gross greasy sticky icky anything that will get on your pillowcase or anything else. I’ve tried everything including stuff from dermatologists and doctors. Nothing compares to how quickly and easily this stuff works! One bottle can last a really long time if you transfer it over to the teeny tiny bottle they have in their value boxes. I feel like it’s just too easy to accidentally squeeze way too much on and waste it if I use it from this size bottle.

this is the *only* thing that calms perimenopausal scalp itching for me, and i've been cycling through shampoos & conditioners for years now trying to find things that work. it works immediately. i put into a smaller pointed pipette because the pipette with this bottle doesn't work for me, just applies it all over my hair.

I have a dry very itchy scalp with locs and here's my experience with this product:Does it work? Yes, but not immediately. It takes about 30ish minutes for it to kick in and start healing the irritation. Once it starts working, it works well and my head won't itch at all.I basically use this for emergencies when I'm in bed, and my head is so irritated, I apply this and then I can sleep again. However, when I keep my head moisturized, If i use my scalp oils and leave in conditioners regularly, I wouldn't need to use this in the first place.I would not recommend as a primary scalp treatment mainly bc of the price, but as a backup for when you're too lazy to take care of your scalp naturally, then it does get the job done with a little patience.

Got this from a coworker who gets a subscription to a beauty box. My secondary shampoo has tea tree oil in it so I knew this would work in my hair which hates any leave in products. When I received this product I was having a really hard time with dandruff and dry scalp due to the dry air from winter. This helped within the first 2 applications. I do NOT use I every time I wash my hair (which is every 3-5 days depending on what I’m doing or if it’s hot) and I use way more than the directions say because I use 1 pump of it on 3 places along my scalp (sides and middle). My hair and scalp feel great and will continue use.
