May actually be helping

These kinds of products are always so hard to judge because it is never some instant miracle, so you are always trying to figure out if things are improving over time. That being said, I do actually feel like this product has improved the health and thickness of my hair. I have really fine, thin hair, so I don't really expect my hair to become amazing, but any improvement is good. I have been using this product for a couple months and I think that my hair feels a bit thicker. It also seems like I don't notice as much falling out as I did before. I can't say for sure if it is this product, the new vitamins I have been taking, a combo of the two together or just my imagination. What I can say for sure is that the ingredients seem to be good quality. I like that it is free of sulfates, parabens, etc and that it is cruelty free. It is easy to use and definitely did not do any harm when used. The box tells you to use 1/3 dropper full and the bottle says to use 1/2 dropper full, so I assumed I just use how much I feel like each time. It goes on easily and doesn't leave hair looking oily or anything. I do notice that my hair feels a little crunchy after it dries, but I just need to brush through it and it is fine. I would love to try another bottle out to see how my hair looks after continued usage, but it is a bit out of budget for me, so unless I find it on a good sale I probably will not. If the price is good for your budget, however, I would think it is worth a try.

Shedding and Dandruff Control. Smells like Roses!

Despite a subtle rose fragrance my husband ended up stealing this product from me. On day 1 I asked him what he thought of it and he said, “Smells like roses.” It does indeed smell like roses, but not in an overwhelming way. My husband, who has thinning hair, has been using this product for a month and his little bottle is almost out. He says he’d continue to use it regularly as he seems to be shedding less. The serum is lightweight and it gives his hair a little volume and styling hold. It also seems to reduce dandruff production.I really like the brand that makes this product. Evolvh is committed to clean beauty, using botanical ingredients, and making products that are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrances and colors. They are also vegan and cruelty free. If you’re interested in clean beauty and healthy hair check out their other products. I love their shampoo!

For whom was this product designed for?

Applying is easy enough, but a third of a droplet barely covers the entire head. It smells nice as well and it adds some extracts that are listed on the box. Aside from that it is very difficult to determine who is the target audience here: Is this for people with healthy scalp? Are there potential side effects? Can bald(ing) individuals benefit from this? It also carries a nice premium for a mystery serum that is also not approved by the FDA. Will it work? The only way to decide is if you buy it and use it patiently. So far, not much to write about after a couple of weeks.

Easy to use, but results pending

My rating is neutral until I can use this long enough to judge its effectiveness. For $48, it's pricey but about comparable to such products and perhaps worth it if it works. First impressions are it's nicely packaged - a glass bottle with a bulb dropper, boxed, in a sealed bubble bag. The serum is a watery, pale yellow-brown with a natural herbal-floral scent that isn't too bad, strong, or lingering. I find it easiest to apply by simply running the dropper along my scalp like a comb, dispensing as I go, but you have to massage it in quickly as it's runny. I didn't notice any weight or greasiness.

Natural ingredients and pleasant scent

It comes in a nice ceramic bottle with natural ingredients and is made in the USA. I have hair that falls off every time I run my fingers through my hair. Yes, it's a major concern! So I tried this as directed which is to apply 1-2 times daily to my roots. It's not oily and feels a little watery. I've been applying this directly onto the front top of my scalp and it has a pleasant scent. I have a sensitive nose and do not like strong perfume smells, but this one has a very pleasant scent. All in all, I like it and will continue to use it.
