Amazing Shampoo that helps cleanse but retains natural moisture!

I LOVE this shampoo and have been using it for years, I think since it came out. I don't normally write reviews but I hope more people try this amazing shampoo. It is a little weird at first to use a powered shampoo but the lather is amazing and safe for my curls. It also has a bit of protein in it to keep moisture protein balance in my hair. It is AMAZING to travel with and love that it is not going to break open in my suitcase and get everywhere. It is great for all hair types, but I think my curly folks will love it as much as I do!

Great Formula, Annoying Application

I've tried powdered facial products and loved them, but I am not a fan of this powdered shampoo.Because it is powdered, it is very easy to transport and take with you for travel. The formula is also very unique. It doesn't feel like a shampoo. It feels more like a conditioner. When applying it, it creates a silky texture in your hair, similar to conditioner. It doesn't dry your hair and it is completely scentless (a rare thing nowadays).The annoyances I have with this are that for one, it hardly lathers. The instructions call for half a teaspoon of powder. That is completely wrong. You will need significantly more if you want to build any decent lather, and that's for short hair. If you have long hair, I can't imagine how much you will need.It's very difficult to get an exact measurement of how much you'll need. I found myself opening the bottle repeatedly to pour out more. With standard shampoo, you know how many pumps you'll need immediately.The powder is an extremely fine powder. I was pouring it out too close to my face and accidentally inhaled the powder dust that came out from pouring it. You need to keep your distance when pouring it, which is annoying for me because I can't have my glasses on while in the shower.The formula is unique and pleasant but the powdered application is a nuisance more than anything.

I think I am going to change my mind

First I decided I should use bar shampoo, now I think I should use this powder. It is so easy to use, takes up litle space and works really well. Just sprinkle some in your hands, add a little water and get the lather you need to shampoo your hair, rinse, towel dry and then dry your hair the rest of the way and style as usual.
