I have very dry hair type so this shampoo is perfect. It may be called oil but it doesn't leave any oil residue. The scent is perfectly. Perfect for me is one that I can hardly smell. The scent is a little like rosemary and very very mild. I like it. The formula is thick and goes a long way. And big plus is that it's sulfate free. One thing I've learned recent is that sulfates make ones hair fall out. At my age I don't need that.Highly recommended

My hair is typically very fine, and it's long past the middle of my back. It's heavily color treated, and it can be very frizzy. It also is hard to find good shampoo and conditioners since it's sort of a complicated situation. I really like how easily this lathers, and you really don't need much at all which means it will go a long way. It feels very moisturizing when I am washing it. I definitely need a conditioner, however, and would not be able to use it without one. I don't think my hair really likes this much, though. It just feels extra dry or on the frizzy side when I use the shampoo. I have to use extra leave-in conditioner and serums in order to deal with the after effect on how it feels. I used it several times even after a clarifying shampoo so I could get a good idea of how my hair would react (to ensure I didn't have build up on it that could mess up my results). I do feel it assisted my dry scalp a little bit, though. When I am going through major crown chakra healing, I can get dry scalp where it gets irritated and I need to wash it more often. I felt like it was assisting with that a little bit. I think I'll just mix this with my favorite shampoo since I like the lather, or I will just let my son use it. I'm not sure if it's just not good for thin hair, or if it's just because my hair has issues. I would not say it's bad, my hair just has different needs.

When you have thinning, aging hair, it’s always good to find a shampoo that doesn’t strip all the good stuff out of your hair leaving it limp. I like this Argan oil shampoo - it leaves my hair with some lift and bounce - I like the scent and the way my hair shines. Argan oil does not leave hair oily like some people think. It moisturizes and leaves hair very shiney. Good choice.

I usually use a shampoo for a week before leaving a review. I used this two days in a row. I had such awesome results I am choosing to leave a review now.I have used argan oil shampoos before. I like them.What this is:This is a 7.9 ounce dark plastic bottle of shampoo. It is by Voila Ve Organics. It is 100% Moroccan Pure Argan Oil. All hair types. Sulfate free. Paraben free. Though it is made by a company with Organics in its name, I do not see anywhere stating that it is an organic shampoo.My hair type: My hair is colored and highlighted every 8 weeks. It is rather healthy. It is on the drier side. I wash my hair every other day. Sometimes more. Every once in awhile I will put a couple days in between washings.Consistency: it is like most shampoos. Not a thin liquid. Not quite a gel. It is the right thickness.Scent: It has a good smelling scent that is very gender neutral. It isn't floral.How I used this:Yesterday was my first day using it. I washed my hair twice. It lathered very well even with our hard water. It rinsed easily. I did wash my hair twice just because that is how I do things. As I washing my hair, the shampoo made my hair soft and felt conditioned just as I was washing. After washing I used conditioner. Blow dried. Looked the same as every day when I wash, blow dry and condition. Pulled it up and went about my day.Today:I am going out and about and wanted to do my hair. I washed my hair again. I only washed once. Conditioned. Added my leave in (as I always do) and a split end treatment (as I always do) I blow dried. It was all the same as yesterday. Except that my hair felt very soft and luxurious. Then, I pulled out the hair iron and styled my hair. This is when I knew I could leave 5 stars easily for this shampoo. My hair looks awesome today. It looks healthy. It looks like my hair stylist did my hair. It is holding light curls.Easy 5 stars. Hair is well moisturized. Styled great. This was just using the shampoo of Voila Ve. I used my everyday conditioner with it.
