Must have

I got these for my teenage daughter who has a lot of anxiety. She was reluctant to try them and didn't expect them to do anything. She said they have helped her feel less stressed and help her fall asleep easier. I love that everything in them is natural.

These work!

I often have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. These def help me to relax at night time and fall asleep. I've also been able to fall back to sleep on nights when I take these without being up for hours. Some days, if I'm particularly stressed or anxious, I'll take a zquil to help sleep, but most nights I just take these. I tried these because they do not contain melatonin. Taking too much melatonin or for too long can mess you up over time, so I will not take it. These capsules have just 4 active ingredients: lemon balm, ashwaghanda, gaba, and l-theanine. The only negative I have about this product is that the lid is hard to open. I end up just taking the whole top off to take out 2 each night. Give this product a try if you have issues with sleeping. It's probably good during the day too if you're worked up, but I'd probably only take 1 in that instance so you don't get too tired.
