Reishi has been a part of my supplements but is usually mixed with other mushrooms types, so this is the first time to take is as a standalone supplement. The good thing about that is that you get 1g per dose compared to a much smaller amount when it’s mixed with other supplements.This brand is a premium one and has independent verification for the product, so you’re getting what the claim says.Another good mushroom to take alongside Reishi is Lion’s Mane since this one focuses on reducing stress and cardiovascular health (among other benefits) while the other one focuses on cognitive functions (among other benefits). The jars are quite large and only full one-quarter of the jar.
