Gets the gut going

Full disclosure, my wife is taking these and I’m relating this review. She says one of the effects of this probiotic is the **ahem** release of gasses. In her mind this is a good thing because she says it’s kicking her digestion into action.

I like this probiotic supplement from True Grace. It is made in Canada, has 12 probiotic strains, and 90 billion CFUs-that's a lot of CFUs. It is stable at room temperature and the daily dose is one easy-to-swallow capsule. But at more than a dollar a day, it is not friendly to my budget. I didn't experience any GI issues or negative side effects while taking this probiotic. I'll keep looking for more affordable options but may treat my gut to this brand occasionally if I can't find a high CFU probiotic supplement with as many strains.

True Grace probiotic includes 90 billion CFU of high quality probiotics. It's made in Canada and the expiration is almost 2 years out so plenty of time to use. One a day which is really nice as I already take a lot of other supplements. Seems to work well, I've had no negative affects from it. Non-GMO. Bit pricey though but you get two months out of a bottle.
