The True Grace sunflower microgreens were a nice addition to our supplement supply. The greens come in a resealable ziplock type plastic bag. The serving size of the product is only 1/4 of a teaspoon. The product has little to no flavor when mixed into a smoothie or shake. Mixed well and gets you lots of nutrients. Price is high compared to similar brands but may be worth it for the ease of use.

I wasn’t familiar with microgreens, but after a little research I liked the nutritional benefits. We have been adding it to things like smoothies and pancake mix; it is of course hard to testify their nutritional and health properties, but I can say that the powder is easy to use and mix because is fine, and doesn’t add much flavor or smell to the food. Good resealable package, though a bit small for the price.

As others have stated, it is a bit of a shock when you see the size of the package. While the serving size is really small (1/4 tsp), it appears to pack a bit punch (according to the labeling). It has a nice earthy flavor so matching it with either something complementary or a flavor that will mask it is recommended. I have enjoyed it but it is pretty pricey for what you get (even when taking into consideration the serving size).
