I like the fact that this B12 supplement is of high quality and bioavailable for fast acting absorption. The main problem I have is the fact that you have to take 10 drops three times per day to get the full dosage. I am somebody that likes to take all my supplements or vitamins at one convenient time. Having to drop 10 drops three different times per day is in my opinion an inconvenience. I have had other products where the full dose is in one dose per day. The website does a nice job of explaining that, however I thought it should be pointed out for others to know there is more work involved with taking this B12 supplement.

Oops... this is for babies? I've been taking this for two weeks and didn't realize that.That's actually a little surprising because you'd think babies (or children) would need considerably less than an adult. This is 500mcg, or 20,833% DV for an adult. Doses for adults of 1000mcg/day are common in supplements, but it's still a few hundred times what the basic recommendation is, and for certain health conditions it might not be a good idea (so consult your doc).My doctor didn't tell me I have a B12 deficiency but I decided to try B12 by itself to see what effect it has, because B12 are common in other energy formulas and not all of them agree with me. After two weeks, I seem to have more energy. Is that because of B12? Or coincidence? Or placebo effect? Who knows. It might be that B12 doesn't do enough on it's own to make much of a difference. I can say this, though: it sure is YUMMY.From what I can tell, it's a quality product. It doesn't have any of the red flags that I see in junky supplements (and I've tried a lot). This comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper, it has no odd tastes and has no weird effects to it. The company has a legitimate internet presence and physical location.

500mcg per drop with a serving size of 10 drops = 5000mcg per serving which is pretty high. In the past, when I even took a chewable that high and I have low B12 and borderline anemia my B12 counts shot up through the roof in blood tests to the point the doctor told me I didn't need that much B12 so I would try to halve my chewable or break my pills....then I discovered droplet form.You will find the smaller amount per droplet the easier it is to target the amount of B12 in your system.With this product, you can actually dial it down to 500mcg and build up from there depending on how you feel along with results.Trial and error has shown me on my low activity days, ~1000mcg is good. On my very high active / strength training days I like ~2000mcg and that's enough.If you're feeling run down, lethargic or similar, B12 supplementing is a quick and easy way to figure out if you're deficient (along with proper blood panels). This will allow you to do that in a controlled fashion.Being sublingual also will make it easier on your stomach if you have any issues.5/5

This B12 supplement has a pleasant taste, not too strong and does not leave a bad after taste. Very easy to take and seems to have pretty good absorbency. Recommended.
