What kind of metal the lid made of?

I want to store hot tea in it; the liquid will evaporate and touch this part of the lid, dripping back. What metal is it made of?

good quality, heavier than it looks

My only nock on this is that it’s not bigger. I couldn’t find a 30+ ounce version. (Haven’t looked lately.)I don’t use it a lot because of the size. But it has stood up well. The rounded bottom makes it feel like it’s going to tip easy, but, it’s weighted heavily at the bottom which keeps it upright. This one is heavier than all of my 32 ounce cups from different brands. It has lasted maybe 15 runs through the dishwasher on the bottom rack. Lid is good, fits well, and pours well. note: I only use for cold drinks.
