• Our B12 is taken under the tongue, sublingual, where the organic flax glycerin stimulates tissues in our mouths to quickly deliver the ingredients directly into our bloodstream. This bypasses the harsh environment of the stomach, avoiding stomach acid that breaks down the ingredients, significantly decreasing the bioavailability and potency of the ingredients in capsules, tablets, pills, and gel caps
  
  
• Ingredients Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin), purified water, organic flax glycerin, and citric acid derived from cassava. All ingredients are non-gmo or USDA Organic.
  
  

  Directions Shake well. Hold 5 drops per 1000mcg (ex. 15 drops - 3000mcg) under the tongue for 90 seconds, then swish like mouthwash for another 30 seconds, then swallow. For best results take on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning or early afternoon. B-12 can also be taken 10-15 minutes before a workout. Store in a cool, dry place (59-85 degrees) away from direct sunlight. 

  We use organic grape alcohol both as a preservative and to help with the absorption of the B12.  The grape alcohol stimulates the glands in our mouths for quicker and better absorption.  There may be a slight tingling sensation from the alcohol.  That is normal and many don't even notice it.

  Our B12 was designed to make the serving size easily adjustable.  Every drop is equal to 200mcg(in the 1 oz. bottle) or 250mcg(in the 2 oz. bottle).

  A 1 oz. Dropper can range in serving size from 200mcg (1 drop) all the way up to 6000mcg (30 drops or a 2/3 full dropper).  A 1/3 full dropper equals 15 drops (3000mcg).

  A 2 oz. Dropper can range in serving size from 250mcg (1 drop) all the way up to 7500mcg (30 drops or a 1/2 full dropper).  A 1/4 full dropper equals 15 drops (3000mcg).

Serving size is perfect for those who prefer to space out their consumption once or twice more for optimal absorption throughout the day.
