Great Product- Packaging, not so great

I love this product and what it does for my under-eye bags. They seem to be lighter in color and less puffy. I have fairly good skin, but can dry out quickly. This is a great product for someone who needs some extra moisture in their skin and wants a boosted AM look (I look like a tired old owl if I don't use it because I'm so fair-complected) HOWEVER, the caveat to the new packaging is that the tube continuously oozes. It's frustrating because I feel like I'm losing more product than what I use each time I open it. Then, I cap it quickly and it gets caked on and around the nozzle. Not my favorite packaging. But, product is A+ material!
