Since I was a kid, I would occasionally get this weird restless feeling in my legs. Sometimes it's very intense and my legs want to dance in bed, driving my wife nuts. This produce works wonderfully! I take it and am out like a light before I even realize it and my restless legs are gone.

These Restful Leg tablets definitely work, however you may need 2 or you may need 12. Their effectiveness definitely does not seem consistent, however they have helped my fiancé sleep significantly better.

DId not work for me unfortunately...

So I went through two bottles of this to see if if would help with the restlessness I sometimes feel in my legs when I sleep. Sometimes when I'm trying to sleep, my entire body feels restless and itchy. Was hoping these tablets would help with that. But after about a month of taking it, I found that it made no difference.Sometimes I fall asleep easily. Other times I do not. I also take Melatonin and Magnesium before going to bed. But those supplements don't really do much for the restlessness I get. So it's a bummer these Restful Legs tablets didn't work. But since they are relatively inexpensive, it might be worth giving it a try.
