I purchased one of these blocks for the bug repelling incense, and liked it so much that I purchased five more. Three came in with chips and broken edges. However, Nantucket spider customer service was amazing - and although they did not agree (they said that the chips and broken edges were part of the "variation" of the stone - I do not agree) that they were damaged, they immediately sent out replacements. That is excellent customer service!
