Okay but for real, where has this product been all my life?! Summertime my mom and I basically live on the beach, and have tried every little trick in the book to help stop us bringing all the sand into our car. Rinsing off, using a towel, the ol’ baby powder trick, you name it, we’ve tried it. So imagine my surprise that a product like this not only exists, but works, and incredibly so. It took all the sand off, while leaving my skin feeling soft, and had a cooling effect. And it smells so good!! Just a light, refreshing aquatic scent but doesn’t radiate out like a perfume.My only negative is it never completely closes. I understand that they needed to make the top a certain way to get the product out easier, but even when the top is “closed”, the powder can still easily get out if it’s turned over or on its side. This is 100% coming with me to Cabo, but in a ziploc bag for safety.

What I always find the worst after going to the beach or having sand on one's feet is the post friction and feeling when putting on sandals or socks again. This product is dubbed as the outdoor shower for when no water or towels are available, to remove sand from your feet or body. It contains organic talc, no powders, so none drying, which goes on easily, removes sand and leaves the skin grit-free with a soft, smooth feeling and the added fragrance is a bonus. The Cool Surf is a subtle and clean scent suited for all, and this product comes in a variety of fragrances; an essential oil-based, and a fragrance-free option. It's as easy as: 'sprinkle and wipe' resulting in smooth clean fresh feet!Additional uses are: (a) post beach dry shampoo, which works well for a quick spruce up and (b) post workout, which I haven't tried, to wick away moisture.Olita's mission is to provide clean, mineral and plant-based sun care and outdoor products with a purpose of protecting human skin along with the ocean. Does it work? YES! this product helps remove wet sand with ease! Packaging: the overall quality of the packaging is great, however it’s functionality isn’t perfect; the turn to open mechanism in the cap does not keep the product from spilling. The aesthetics of the packaging is beautiful and easy to read. Product itself: the smell is delicious! It has a light refreshing scent which I enjoy. The texture of the product is similar to a fine sand and feels cooling and hydrating when applied to the skin. When the sun hits it just right it sparkles. It does however leave a slight white sheen on the skin, so it may be more noticeable on darker skin tones. I love how portable the product is so it’s perfect for a trip to the beach. It works well on my sensitive skin and saved it from sand burn.
