I got this for my husband for Christmas -probably two or three winters ago. He still has it and he always looks so nicely groomed whenever he uses it. It smells amazing! You don’t need much product for it to work and it is more balm-y than oily. Every time he uses it, I can’t stop smelling his beard. And look at the ingredients! It’s so much nicer than all those big brand balms that have a ton of chemicals. Get this for your man and thank me later!

I got this in Jan 2023 before I even started my beard journey so I could have it on hand when I did start. The packaging was great and I was excited to start using it. The sandalwood fragrance was amazing and even my wife was excited for me. A few months later, I was using the brush several times a day to try and train my beard. The stiff bristles are really nice but after a while when my beard was longer, the brush no longer worked like it did before. I switched to the comb and that seemed to help. If you are planning on keeping your beard short to medium length, the brush and comb are a great combo. The scissor was all but worthless IMHO. It is more like a glorified tweezer. The wash is not really anything to write home about either but it is better than using shampoo or body wash (pro tip: DON'T use shampoo or body wash on your beard!). The oil is pretty decent but the scent doesn't last very long. After about an hour, I could no longer smell it. The balm is the same way which is a bit disappointing since it does give good hold for styling. I never tried the razor so I can't speak to that.This is a good intro to beard care products BUT if you are planning on growing a long beard you definitely need to invest in some higher quality products. There are many great companies who make their products here in the USA (this company makes theirs in China) so you know it won't be sitting in a hot warehouse for a long time. Yes, you are going to pay more for it because the quality of the ingredients is better. That being said, I can recommend this for someone who is just starting out. Just be prepared to move on to something better.I started growing my beard in Jan 2023 and this product did what it is supposed to do but after about 5 months I switched to higher quality products and my beard growth took off. Now, in Dec 2023, I have an 8" beard with no plans on stopping.
