Love the product but can't reach without a tool as it gets low.

I really liked how creamy this was and I didn't need to heat it up - it already had a soft consistency. I just am in the position where I can't reach the rest of it with my small hands because the jar is so narrow. But i don't want to waste the rest, so it just sits on my nightstand.

For those complaining about grainy/gritty texture

Put the whole glass jar of shea butter directly in a pot filled with water on a stove on medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes until its completely melted, even if its 90% melted you can just take it off the stove and stir it with spoon until its all liquid, place in freezer, the product becomes amazing and easy to spread bc the grainy texture completely goes away

Doesn’t make eyes “cloudy” when used as a makeup remover

I use this to remove waterproof mascara. It is the only product that doesn’t leave my eyes cloudy for hours afterwards. I have warmed it up and used it as a hair mask as well. But only on the ends! It works great for nipple cream for new mothers as well! Just be sure to use it in conjunction with nipple pads, or it will stain some bras with an oil stain. It can also be used on rough areas like elbows and feet overnight. Again, just wear long sleeves and socks to prevent oil stains on sheets. It smells great, and comes in a zero plastic jar 👍
