Soft and creamy

Melts into the skin. Not gritty like some others. Beautiful and light vanilla scent. My husband says I smell like shortbread cookies :) makes my skin soft and moisturized. Will buy again!

Very good product but . . .

Ordered this after receiving some as a gift & really loved it. Loved the fragrance and feel. I live in Texas, and a good moisturizer is really needed for me. Unfortunately, as another reviewer mentioned, it becomes liquid in shipment. By the time I received it, 1/3 had been liquefied & the package was oily, hence the 4 star rating. Stuck the tin in the freezer to return the remaining to its original form. Will not be purchasing this online for shipment moving forward.

VERY HAPPY

So glad they brought this back. I thought it was being discontinued. This melts early when refining between palms. Distributes well and massages into skin beautifully. The smell is just perfect (love the rose and vanilla). Not too strong. I have issue with scents so I generally cannot wear perfume. I look for alternative ways to bring a little "smell good" into my skin care routine because I usually have to go with scent free products.

Came spilled. Grainy texture

I would say if you want to buy this, get it at the store. I think they sell this at cvs or walgreens. Shipping it by mail is a bad idea because mine came melted and sorted of exploded through the seal so 1/3 of the product was wasted. I thought about returning it but I decided to just keep it and use the remaining 2/3 of the container.Texture is VERY GRAINY. Which i dislike. I had used up a tin of the eugenia shea butter before and that one was very smooth and not grainy at all. This brand is a sister company so I thought it would be similar.Despite the extremely grainy texture it still works ok because it will melt but the grainy texture makes it a lot more annoying to melt the product. The smell is a hint of vanilla because the shea butter smell is strong which I do like the smell of shea butter so it does smell good to me.I think because it is "whipped" it does smelt slightly faster than the eugenia one I had. But I think the whip caused the grainy texture as it hardens after being whipped.OVERALL i prefer the eugenia one. So i would not repurchase this.

Smells good! Works good! 10/10

Usually I do not write reviews for lotions, but this one had me so blown away I had to write one.For one, as soon as I opened the container I was hit with this wonderful, natural vanilla smell. It was not overly sweet, did not smell like that chemical, fake vanilla smell and it was not overbearing in general at all. Just a natural shea and warm, comforting, cozy vanilla scent. Then I applied some to my skin to see if this shea butter was just all good smells only. I normally have pretty dry skin, and being that I'm reviewing this in the winter, my skin has been extra dry recently. I can say that after applying this my skin has stayed moisturized and smelling good. I do not have to keep reapplying and reapplying the product to keep my skin hydrated. Just a normal or small amount of shea butter does it so a little goes a long way!I bought vanilla this time, but plan to pick up another scent or two because I'm confident the others will be just as good smelling and feel good on the skin!
