Depending on the environment at times my skin will become itchy and breakout in small hives. I have found that lotion does not do the job and have been using a salve my friend made. However, she has moved away and the opportunity to try this product, which is all natural like I am use to was a no brainer. The day of delivery was perfect opportunity to test its ability to soothe my skin as I was having a day of irritable skin. I tried this salve and it immediately soothes, which was a great relief.As it’s a salve I expect it to be a little bit on the greasy side, but I did not find it to be overwhelming and it doesn’t leave grease marks on my stuff. My skin took to it fine and left it feeling moisturized. The smell I found to be just fine as it’s very similar to the homemade salve I have used. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the fact that it does exactly what it says it does. The only downside I think it’s on the higher side of pricing for something that is this small. I would expect it to be no more than $8-$9 for the size 1.8oz. I appreciate though that it’s natural healthy ingredients and the company is environmentally friendly.

This PRODUCT IS AMAZING! It smells a little stinky, very medicinal in nature, which I expected after reading the ingredient list (including camomile). Please keep in mind it is VERY greasy/nearly Vaseline-y in nature, but that is by design!I am annoyed reading other reviews that didn’t understand what this is for. This is a product to be used after being in mountainous or very dry/arid environments. That rips up your skin. Makes it very dry and scaly. This restored my skin, especially on the fronts of my shins and the edges of my nose, in less than two days—after a full week of trying other products. I love this product and I will always swear by it after being in desert areas! 10/10 will recommend!

I was very excited to try the Raw Elements skin cream because (1) I have dry hands and am always looking for anything to help them and (2) the ingredients in this product absolutely caught my eye. The older I get, the more I care what I'm putting in and on my body. I read the labels for food I eat, as well as health and beauty products that come in contact with my skin. I find that any hand cream with water as the first ingredient just doesn't work for me. I've come to rely on products with petroleum jelly as the main ingredient. That doesn't mean I didn't give up the search for something else to try.Lo and behold, I stumbled onto this product. As you can see in the photo attached to this review, the main ingredients are a variety of oils and there's not one strange chemical ingredient to be found. Sign me up!The tube was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it makes for a great travel size lotion for my purse. It came with the peel off seal, so that gave me a good peace of mind. It's actually sort of thick and goes on a bit greasy... HOWEVER... unlike petroleum jelly, this stuff soaks into your skin within a few minutes and doesn't leave a greasy film on your hands. It absorbs very nicely, which impressed me. As for the scent... it doesn't really have one. I had to stick my hands super close to my nose in order to get a hint of a smell. That's perfectly fine with me, I hate when something is too perfume-y. A few hours after I put on the cream, I did a sinkful of dishes, and then noticed how nice my hands were afterward. Way better than normal.I would highly recommend giving this a try if you're looking for a quality skin cream with fantastic ingredients.

This is a serious cream for dry skin. This is a very thick and oil-based product, more like an ointment than a cream. The salve goes on greasy but absorbs mostly. It does leave some oil behind on the skin's surface. That might be bad for some, but for me it's perfect, especially before bed - my hands suck up moisture, and not having to reapply after ten minutes is great.The scent is pleasant. The tube is made out of sustainable materials and is fully recyclable. I wouldn't use this as a cream for the office, because it would leave my keyboard greasy. I also wouldn't apply it on my face. But as an after-shower moisturizer and a night balm for the hands, it's absolutely heavenly.
