Most people would like the the smell. I do not like any smells anymore due to copd. I use this as a body wash and can only say it is ok. I haven't noticed any skin changes. I have used straight tea tree oil and found it more effective. Another person this may be very effective for.

I absolutely love this stuff, my teen uses it on their feet during daily showers to keep the stink at bay and i use it all over one shower a week for the extra tingly clean. This stuff costs less and works better than a comparable brand we were using previously. It's truly a shoe saver - like most teens my kid could clear a room taking off their shoes, but since they started using this regularly it's not been an issue any more. I do find defining the product as "body and foot wash" kind of funny. I will admit that part of the reason I got it was because I wanted to know why. For anyone else that is wondering, there is no discernable reason that this seems to be specifically also for feet...AND the rest of your body. My feet, personally, usually get the same treatment as the rest of me for washing and cleaning, but I suppose maybe for people with extra sweaty or stinky feet, this might have some advantage.This wash makes me feel clean. Like super clean. It washes well, and it does not leave any part of me feeling overly dry. It seems to clean well enough that it prevents some build up of odor throughout the day, and this might be why it's good, specifically, for feet. Feet stay smelling fresh longer than with a regular body wash.The scent of this is medicinal because of the tea tree oil. It's definitely the strongest component of the scent, but there are noticeable notes of eucalyptus and lavender. The scent doesn't linger on the skin too much, and it isn't very strong once it's been lathered up and rinsed off. This is a thick soap, so this bottle will last a long time. It only takes a small dollop to wash head to toe, and it would take even less for just your feet. Overall, it's effective, pleasant, and a great product.
